These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z999 ("z999", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://z999.bio and any associated mobile or web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, or other registered carrier), and any other information requested by z999 from time to time.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You undertake to notify z999 promptly of any changes to your registered information. z999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account information current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z999 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. z999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods, subject to availability at any given time: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT (TRC20 network). z999 may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players where operationally practicable.

Currency: All deposits and account balances on the z999 Platform are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit as determined by z999's payment processor.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 100. The minimum deposit for bank transfers is Rs 500. The minimum for USDT TRC20 is the equivalent of USD 10 at the prevailing rate.

Deposit fees: z999 does not charge fees on deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility. z999 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

All funds deposited into your z999 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. z999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits from third-party sources will be reversed and may trigger an enhanced due diligence review of your account.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your z999 account at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity has been verified; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) your withdrawal request meets the applicable minimum withdrawal amount; and (d) your account is not subject to any hold, review, or restriction.

Bets once confirmed are final. z999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been submitted and confirmed by the system, except in clearly defined circumstances of an obvious technical error on the part of z999. Errors or misunderstandings by the player do not constitute grounds for void bets.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — such as a voluntary closure request by the player — any remaining eligible balance (free from wagering requirements and verified as legitimately won) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), z999 reserves the right to retain any balance and/or winnings in the account as reasonable compensation for losses or costs incurred by z999 as a result of the player's conduct. z999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rs 50,000.

z999 does not warrant or guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. z999 shall not be liable for losses arising from planned or emergency maintenance windows.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by z999 is governed by the z999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
